- Run **Class Rosters PDF** report and distribute to all homeroom teachers. PHS, Prep, and Science can run the Period 1,2 or HR report.

- Have each teacher verify that all students on the homeroom roster have attended school and sign the sheet with corrections or verifying that their roster is correct.

  **PLEASE HAVE TEACHERS DO THIS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!**

- If the student has never shown up, the teacher should write **NO SHOW** next to that student's name and sign that sheet. (If the teacher knows where the student moved, they should mark that on the sheet). Then they should return the signed sheet to the main office.

- If there is a student sitting in their class that does not appear on the sheet, they should write that student's name, first day of entry, and sign and return the sheet.

- When sheets are returned to the Main Office, compile a list of your potential no shows and follow the steps below.

Login to [PowerSchool Admin](https://passaic.powerschool.com/admin/pw.html) and switch to your school.

Pull up the No Show students by using **MultiSelect**
