In the overview, tickets are sorted into columns with a ticket number, the subject and status of the ticket.

You can search the tickets by subject content or the ticket number.

In the top right hand corner, you can select the status of the ticket you want to have presented. Click "Select Status"

Make a selection from the timeframe from which you want the tickets to be presented.

In the top right corner, you have the option to filter the view of tickets.

Next to the filter button, you will find the refresh button. Pressing this button will instantly refresh your results.
