Click the empty space on a Contact to quickly view a Contact's details.

Close the popup window to return to Pipelines.

Select the Contact name to view Contact details

Click the "Back" icon to return to Pipelines

Click the "Call" icon to call the Contact

The call can be managed by clicking the "Phone" dropdown.

When call has ended, click the "End Call Button"

Click "View Conversations" icon to send the Contact an SMS or Email message.

Click the "Back" icon to return to Pipelines.

Click the "Add tags" icon to add a Tag to the Contact.

Click the dropdown under "Tags" to view existing Tags and assign.

Or type a new Tag name and click "Create New Tag".

Click "Update" to complete Tag assignment.

Click the "Add notes" icon to add notes to the Contact.

Click the "Enter Note" field and insert your notes.

Click "Add Note" to complete adding Notes.

Click the "Add tasks" icon to add a Task to the Contact.

Click the "Title" field to add a Task title.

Click the "Task Description" field to add a Task Description.

Click "Add Task" to complete adding a Task.

Click the "Add an appointment" icon to add an Appointment.

Select your Calendar from the dropdown menu.

Click "Book Appointment" to complete setting a Contact appointment.
