Tip! If you have any of the Agent settings toggled off, you will still be able to see what the response generated by the AI. This is useful for tuning the quality of responses without the AI sending the reply to your customers. When monitoring the replies, when you see one you don't like how the response was handled, head to the custom instructions in settings and specify how it should be handled.

You can see comment replies when you click "Show/Hide Replies"

Click "Send Reply" to manually type a direct reply to a comment

Tip! The subscribers tab is an optional feature where you can see opt ins for your broadcast messages.  You can generate a subscriber link, and then when someone clicks on the link they will be prompted to opt in to subscribe to your dms.  This is useful because this allows you to contact users past the 24 hour Facebook limitation.

Tip! Add this as a button on your website or leverage our new website chat feature to gain dm subscribers to send campaigns to.

Tip! Titles must be unique. You can update the image on them if you use the exact same title. If you use the same title as an existing one, without updating an image you will receive an error.

Type "Welcome Discount" or anything else you would like to title your dm list.

Tip! You must send a message from your personal profile to your page, within the last 7 days to be able to send yourself a opt in request, which is necessary for activating the list.
