Navigate to the Admin Portal, for example:[https://portal.sovaonline.com/login](https://portal.sovaonline.com/login?reason=3)

Enter your username and password and then click on "Log in".

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link below.

Paste in your associated MFA passcode in order to complete your login to the platform.

You will automatically be taken to the Accounts & Projects page where you can see the list of accounts and projects to which you have access. If a user only has project level access, this will only show the Account which contains the associated project(s).

Across the top you can search for a particular account or project, or filter/sort the list of accounts/projects.

This search and filter/sort functionality exists for Clients, Accounts and Projects pages as well.

Clicking on "View" will take you directly into an account or project.

Alternatively, you can add an account here if you have the appropriate permission.

Under each account you can see the number of projects, the number of participants and also any associated tags.

Here you can add a project if you have the appropriate permission. For more details on adding projects, visit the "Project Builder" steps.

Under each project you can see when it was created, the number of activities, the number of participants and also any associated tags.

Note that if there are no participants added to the project yet, this icon will not display, as per the PS project above.

Clicking on "Clients" will take you to a list of available Clients within the platform.

Under each client, you can see the number of associated accounts and projects.

Clicking on "Accounts & Projects" will take you back to the Accounts & Projects list.

If you wish to see a full list of participants in the platform, click on "Project Candidates".

Here you can search for a specific individual or filter those which display.

Select which filter(s) to apply and then click "Search" to only display a limited number of people.

If you have the required permissions you can see the "Advanced Settings" and "Content" menus.

Selecting "Profile" enables you to update your own user profile.
