Navigating the Tasks Table

    Navigating the Tasks Table Here, we will demonstrate how to access the Tasks Table, show you how it is organized, how to filter the list, reset the filter, and how to locate those snoozed and done tasks.
    On the Main Navigation bar, click "Tasks".
    To view the Active tasks in the system, click "Active".
    The Tasks List is sorted in the order of 'Requested' first.
    Followed by "In Progress".
    After the "In Progress" tasks, the "Approved" tasks appear.
    After the "Approved" tasks, you'll see the "Pending Info" tasks.
    To use the filters and shorten the list to show only what you're looking for, simply click within the field and type your search characters/term(s).
    For example, to narrow our search to only tasks associated with our "Anytown" office, we will enter "Anytown - 1201 Main Street"
    To further shorten the list, we can also choose additional fields that help narrow our search.
    Here, we will look for tasks requested by "Andrew Agent" in the Anytown office.
    Notice that only tasks associated with "Andrew Agent" in the Anytown office appear once the two filters are applied.
    To further narrow the search to "In Progress" tasks, click the "Search Status" field and in the dropdown list that appears, choose "In Progress".
    Now, the only tasks that appear are those "In Progress".
    The system uses "sticky filters". This means that once you choose a filter or set of filters, each time you view the Tasks Table, you will have the same filters applied. If you wish to remove the filters, simply click "Reset Filters".
    Looking for snoozed tasks? You'll need to access the "On Hold" task list from the Tasks tab on the main navigation bar as shown here.
    Once selected, the "On Hold" tasks lists will appear, and only tasks that have been snoozed will display on the list.
    What about those completed tasks? They will appear on the 'Done' task list, which is accessed by clicking the "Tasks" tab on the main navigation bar, and choosing "Done".
    The "Done" tasks appear here.
    Keep in mind that tasks will also appear on the Dashboard in the Tasks pane.
    Agents can view their tasks on their dashboard as well.
