Login into your account via this link: <https://chatbot.meera.ai/home>

Click "Notification Module"

Review the available notifications in the list. Hover over the **information icon** to learn more about each notification.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a list of available users for whom notifications can be configured. Notifications can be sent through the following channels: 1. **Text message** 2. **Email**

Once you’ve chosen a notification, toggle **Text** or **Email** **ON** under the user who should receive it

Once you've toggled the notifications ON click on "ok got it"

Once you’ve selected all applicable notifications, click **Apply to Existing Campaigns** to apply the changes

**To apply the selected notifications to all campaigns:**\ Select the checkbox next to **Campaign ID** at the top of the list.

**To apply the selected notifications to a specific campaign:**\ Check the box next to the campaign in the list.

To save your selection, click **Apply to Existing Campaigns**
