Create a new item in your database, using the template you'd like to copy.

Click "Project Proposal: Your Fancy Project Title"

Click and drag that new database item outside of your current database and onto the Notion page.

In your new or target database, open a new empty item.

Drag your duplicated template page into the 'edit template' view while in side peek.

Either keep the full page in the template, or you can also right click on the template page and hit 'Turn into' > 'text'

Double-click on the name of the template page, then hit backspace three times.

Click "New Copied Template" and you're done!
