The OKIE 8 1 1 Excavator Portal includes ticket search features to access your completed tickets within the last 30 days (without having to enter a ticket number), with the ability to view the ticket details, view positive responses, create tickets to Update, 2nd Notice or Copy a ticket and many other features. If you have the ticket number, you can look up the ticket at any time.

For a quick ticket search, enter the 14 digit ticket number into the '*Quick Ticket Search*' field to view the ticket details, positive responses or email a copy of the ticket. You can use the '*Quick Ticket Search*' regardless if you are signed into your OKIE 8 1 1 Portal account or not, but using it after signing in, will provide additional features.

To view a list of existing tickets submitted by you or your company within the last 30 days, sign into your OKIE 8 1 1 Excavator Portal account, then click the '*Ticket Search*' button.  You can use the '*Ticket Search*' feature to perform advanced searches, copy existing tickets, or create tickets for Update, 2nd Notice, etc.

The OKIE 8 1 1 Excavator Portal is mobile optimized and adjusts to the electronic device you are using to access it. There are built in functions that provide you more screen area if needed. In the 'Ticket Search' view, you can '*Toggle Search Panel*' to expand the view of the ticket list.

In the ticket list view, if you see 3 dots at the far right end of the list, you may not be seeing all of the fields in this list due to your electronic devices' screen size, zoom or resolution. Click on the 3 dots to expand those columns.

You can temporarily hide any columns in the ticket list view by selecting the 'Column Chooser' button, then drag the column to the column chooser to hide it.

There are two views of '*Ticket Search*'. You can select to view one or both of these filters. '*My Tickets*' will display only the tickets submitted by you on the portal (via your user login). '*My Company Tickets*' will display any ticket submitted by your company name (including Voice tickets), as long as the company name on the ticket is an exact match to the company name on your registered account, including spelling, formatting, characters, spacing, etc. Click '*Search*' to update the list.

You can search for specific criteria within the list of tickets a few different ways. The '*Advanced Search*' fields provide searching capabilities such as searching within certain dates, specific users, specific work site details, etc. Enter any search criteria and select '*Search*' to update the list. **Using the '*Advanced Search*' will also hold the filtered results as you open and close tickets to view the details or perform other functions.** We suggest using the '*Advanced Search*' If there may be multiple results that match the criteria that you need to search through and not loose your place, such as Updating multiple tickets.

In the ticket list view panel, you can use the '*Search'* function on any results column to search for specific criteria in that column. For example, to look for any ticket with an address house number of '1624', enter '1624' into the search field at the top of the 'Address' column, this will filter the list by that house number. **Please note: The search filter will remain in tact until you clear it or edit it.**

You can also use the 'Search' functions to perform searches on date fields to help you narrow down the results. Click the 'Search' icon, then select the parameter you wish to search by.

To filter by multiple criteria within a specific results column, click the '*Filter'* button next to the column and select the criteria you wish to filter by. This will filter the list by the criteria selected. In this example, tickets that include the street names selected below are filtered. Click OK, to update the list. Please note: using '*Filter*' is temporary and remains filtered while in the ticket list screen only. **Please note: The search filter will remain in tact until you clear it or edit it.**

You can also use the '*Filter*' to look at certain calendar days. For Example, If I wanted to search for tickets that were due for an Update today, click in 'Filter' icon in the 'ShouldUpdateBy' column and select today's date.

To '*View Details*' of any ticket in the ticket list, highlight the ticket and select '*View Details*' or simply double-click the ticket in the list. Scroll to view all ticket details, including the mapped area and positive responses. '*Create'* allows you to Copy, Update, or 2nd Notice that ticket. '*View*' allows you to view the history, view positive responses in a separate window, send ticket to any email, etc. Click '*Show Ticket List'* to go back to the ticket list.
