The confirmation email will automatically populate with the date, time and location when you hire the respondent to a time

To participate:

2. Navigate to the «My interviews» page or click {interview_link}
3. Click Upcoming Interviews
4. Click the relevant interview
5. Click Join
6. You will be prompted to choose a webcam and Microphone / Speakers. Please choose the same options as you choose in the tech check, wait until you are able to see and hear yourself, then, press the continue button.
7. Click I am ready
8. You are now placed into the waiting room; the moderator will admit you into the room ASAP
Please note, on the rare occasion we over-recruit to ensure the number of respondents who participate is sufficient based on the clients’ requirements, if you are not admitted. You must wait in the waiting room for the interview to complete, please do not navigate away from the waiting room. Failure to comply, will result in no incentive being honoured.
Please do NOT ask the moderator or organiser about payments at the interview, they are automatically handled by Vocal Views. Once your attendance is confirmed, the project organiser will release the payment to your Vocal Views wallet.
Please prepare your laptop / Desktop and Google Chrome browser for this, please note, it is imperative to update Google Chrome to the latest version ready for the tech check and interview. Do not attempt to use alternative browsers, they simply will not work.
Please refrain from switching devices between tech check and real interview, this will cause issues, resulting in no incentive being paid.
