Opt In to Schedule Mass Emails

Before you can send a mass email for the first time, you'll need to fill out the Enable Scheduled Mass Email form. The support team will get the tile enabled for you within 48 hours.

From your dashboard click into the Omnisearch bar and type "Schedule Mass Emails"

Click Marketing > Schedule Mass Emails

Alert! You will only see this option if you have not been opted in. If this step does not appear then proceed to schedule the mass email step

Click "Yes, proceed to the sign-up form"

Before you fill out this form click this link "Email Best Practices documentation" and review the documentation.

Next, click the "First Name" field and type your first name

Click the "Last Name" field and type your last name

Click the "How do you plan to use Scheduled Mass Emails?\*" field and type "To mass email my client list".

Click the "Yes" field to indicate you have read and understand the documentation.

Click "Submit Request"

Great work! If you are submitting the form Monday - Friday during business hours your request will be approved by the following business day. \ \ If you are submitting the form Friday after business hours through Sunday, your request will be approved by the end of day the following Monday.
