Click "Your Skills Inventory" from the main dashboard

By default, the overview screen only shows skills inventory worksheets that have not been completed. 

To see a list of ALL worksheets, click "Show all capabilities" and then click "Search"

To update a worksheet, click "View assessment worksheet"

At the top of the worksheet, you'll see a summary of the capability and the solution(s) that are part of your inventory that could be used to support the capability.

Select your overall experience level with supporting the capability from the list.

NOTE: If you select that you are an expert in a capability, CampusCISO does not prioritize the item as a potential training item for you since you don't need any further assistance in the topic.  

Select your level of interest in getting additional training in this topic.

Enter any comments about your answers. The team managers are able to see and review the comments along with your selected experience level and training interest.

TIP: A future update to CampusCISO will allow more interactive feedback between managers and non-managers through the skills inventory and manager planning tools.

The Skills Inventory data entry is optional, but completing this helps CampusCISO tailor recommendations based on the skills your team has and the topics they are interested in learning.

You do NOT need to complete the "Skills Inventory" before you can save a data snapshot or view any of the recommendations and reports.

We recommend team members complete the assessment worksheets for areas they currently support or want to learn.

Time to complete: 1 to 2 hours for each team member
