Once you've submitted your order, the MLHU team will take over to process it. You'll be able to track order status updates on our platform. Please be aware that it may take some time for the MLHU team to prepare your order and determine the most suitable delivery method.\

Your order will remain in the "Submitted" state until the admin initiates processing. After we've processed your order, you'll receive **an email notification** confirming that it's ready. This email will also specify the **delivery method assigned to your order**.\

Please review the email carefully for any additional information provided.

To check your order status, please visit the **My Orders** page. We've introduced a new update: each order now has a type – either '**HCP Resource**' or '**Vaccine**.'

Additionally, we've updated the order numbers. Vaccine orders will start with 'V,' while Resource Orders will start with 'R.' If you need to contact MLHU via phone or email, please remember to provide your order number along with its code

Our admin team may occasionally include **Delivery Notes** and/or **Order Notes** with your order details. These notes are provided when the admin believes they are necessary to clarify or enhance your order experience.

Your order can be cancelled by our team. You will receive an email if your order is cancelled, along with the reason for the cancellation. You can also find the reason by going to the order details.
