After installation is complete, Click "Automation"

Click "Contact Tag" You can use other triggers, such as "Pipeline Stage Changed," "Opportunity Status Changed," or "Form completed". This depends on your use case.

Click "Select a tag" and select/create new tag

Switch to tab "Synthflow app" to get the API key too

Click "Phone (raw format)" to add the phone number

Click "Full Name" or you can select "First Name"/"Last Name"too

For Custom Variables, you need to first create one in Synthflow e.g. {dealership_name} and paste the key without the brackets here in GHL

The Value should be selected from the GoHighLevel tag and referenced here

Allow re-entry
Allows a contact to re-enter once it has left this workflow. If the contact attempts to re-enter while it is still enrolled in this workflow, it will get skipped. Also if this workflow has appointment or invoice based triggers it will allow contacts to re-enter even if the 'Allow re-entry' setting is disabled.

Now to capture the incoming Call Data, click **"Create Workflow"** again

Go back to Synthflow app and click "Deployment"
