Within Outlook click on the calendar icon to open your calendar.

Click on **New Event** in the top left corner.

Add all the people you want in the meeting under either "Required Invitees" or "Optional Invitees".

Once everyone is added you can see when everyone is available and find a time slot that works for everyone.

Once you find the time slot that works for everyone, click **Done** in the top left of the window.

Enter the event name here and any other info needed.

Click **Send** in the bottom left corner of the screen to send the invite.
