PDFs: Viewing, Saving, and Printing

This guide quickly shows how to access your course certificate and reliably save or print it as a PDF from desktop or mobile. Follow its simple steps to open the downloaded certificate, choose the print dialog, and use "Save as PDF" to create a permanent digital copy or print a hard copy.

Coxcampus

Open Certificate

Click "Certificate"

Open the downloaded CourseCertificate.pdf file

Print and Save

Click Print

Select Save as PDF as the print destination

Click Save

Mobile Device Print and Save: IPhones

Select My Learning and click on Certificates to access your certificates.

Select certificate to generate your course certificate and to start the download.

Once downloaded, you will need to access your certificate. Click " Save " to save it to your chosen location. For ease of access, save it to your default files on your device.

Once, you have saved your file, your download will become complete. Click Open to view your file. Step

Once saved, click the save icon. You can print your PDF certificate, share it via another app of your choice, or simply save it to your preferred location.

Select My Learning and click on Certificates to access your certificates.

Select certificate to generate your course certificate and to start the download. Once downloaded, click "Open"

Once downloaded, you will need to access your certificate. Select the 3 dots next to your file to print your certificate or to save or share it using your app of choice.

You can print your PDF certificate, share it via another app of your choice, or simply save it to your preferred location. Select "Print" to display your print options.

Click the dropdown menu and select "Save as PDF" to save your PDF or "All Printers" to print your PDF. If your printer is not listed, select "Add Printer"
