Navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app> You will see to the left part of your screen the category Manage in the red circle with the tabs, "Users", "Properties", "Regions", and "Business Schedule".

Users. With PMC Admin Access the users tab will show you users throughout the whole company. You can add a new user to any property, search for a user, remove a user, and edit a user whether that's editing their name, email, phone number, title, role, or properties they are attached to.

Properties. This tab will show you all the properties throughout the company. You can use the search tab to select a property you desire. Once you select a property you will have the same the options a Property Manager has.

Regions. At this time regions are utilized for insights/dashboards/reports. When adding a region you have the choice as to what regional manager you want assigned, name of region, and properties that are assigned to that region. This makes it easier for a regional manager to get reports on all their assigned properties. A property may only be attached to one region at a time.

Business Schedule. This is company level business hours that you may select dependent on your companies hours. This helps with timing on things like Make-Readies, Inspection Projects, and Service request. Scrolling down on the same tab, you can even select Holidays you are closed for.
