Hyggio

Patient search is available from the Organization perspective (if you have granted proper permissions).

Click the Recruitment tab to navigate to the Patient search.

At the top of the page, you can see the "Recruitment lists" and "Patient search" tab. Click on "Patient search" tab to navigate to it.

On this page, you can create new sets of patient search criteria or view sets of criteria saved by other users. To add new set of criteria select "+" icon in the upper right corner.

When you press the pencil icon, you will see a modal where you can provide the name of your criteria set.

Click "Save"

To add the first of the inclusion and exclusion criteria for your patient search, press "Add first one" button in the proper column.

Add "Name" and "Source"

Select field of data source from the drop -down list.

Add "Value"

You can provide few components of criterion. **In one modal between sources there is OR logic.**

Click "Apply"

You can add a few criteria for the whole criteria set. **Between separate criteria sets, there is AND logic.**

You can edit or delete each criterion. To save the set of criteria you have created, select "Save".

By pressing "Search" button, you will be able to see a list of patients that meet your criteria.

You can expand each record to verify which criteria the record meets.

From the Patient Search results list, you can also choose from the three-dot menu to assign a Patient to a specific trial's prescreening list or to a recruitment list. Please note that for Candidates, the only available option is to add them to a recruitment list.

You can select the Patients and Candidates you would like to add to a recruitment list in bulk.

Once the desired Patients and Candidates have been selected from the results list, click the "Add to Recruitment" button to add them to a recruitment list.

After clicking the "Add to Recruitment" button, a modal window will appear in which you need to provide the name of the recruitment list to which you would like to add the selected Patients and Candidates.

Once the recruitment list has been selected, click the "Save" button to add the Patients and Candidates to the recruitment list.

You can go back and edit your criteria set by pressing "Edit criteria" button.
