You will see multiple filtering options for this reporting including:

- Event/eLearning Course
- Face to Face/Virtual
- Payment Group

You will also have the option to filter down by cancellations

 Show all Payments
 Exclude Cancelled Bookings
 Show Cancelled Bookings Only

As well as filtering by Payment or Occurrence Date

You will see a full list of payments made on the system, each with its own unique reference and information.

You will notice that some information in the table is colour coded. These\
colours act as a visual aid to help you identify any issues.

Receipts are held against the delegate under "Your Payment History"

Within the table, you will also see an Edit button on the right-hand side. This is where you update any cancellations.

**Marking a delegate as refunded on the system does not automatically refund them!** You must do this manually by logging into your payment gateway system and refunding there

Click this checkbox to mark the payment as refunded

Populate the "Refund Amount" and "Refund Comment"

Click "Edit Payment" in order to save the refund.
