Click "Create Offsite Request" and then click the "Next" button

Fill in the required fields for the candidate's details.

Tip! If the candidate has a profile already slide the switch to 'Yes' and search for their name.

Select the 'Organisation Unit' associated with this candidate.

Select the correct org unit by ticking one of the configured org units.

Select the 'Job type' that this candidate is being assessed for. Then click the "Add" button

If you only have 1 Provider this field will auto populate with their name and you will not need to select anything. If you have multiple providers click the dropdown menu to view them all.

Click 'Available assessment' to view the assessment/s linked to this site and the job type the candidate is applying for.

The final stage of making a booking request. Enter data into the required fields, this data will be important to the Provider's booking team when they are discussing the candidate's availability and location.

If you need to leave any notes regarding this candidate's request to the Provider's booking team, please leave them here.

Once you have reviewed the request, click "Create".
