Depending on which module you are wanting to view reports in, either Pre Employment or Health surveillance. You can view reports in both if you have permissions to view them

Locate the completed worker/candidate report and click here to open the full report. The full report contains all the data entered into the assessment. This includes everything from the completed questionnaire answers, all clinical data captured during the assessment and any additional documentation uploaded.

The report will open in a new window, and the table of contents will give you an overview of where each result can be found in the report

The second page in the report is the fitslip. This is where you will view the clinician's determinations. Depending on the assessment there may be multiple determinations from different clinicians. For example this fitslip has an Occupational Physician and nurse determination, however the final determination has the overall call.

Abnormal findings advise users of any results that are deemed abnormal. These results can occur in the questionnaire or the clinical assessment/medical.

All questionnaire results are available to review

All clinical data captured in the assessment are available to review. Depending on the configuration of the assessments, different clinical block results may appear. The example assessment below has a Doctor block, therefore the report will capture all the data taken from the assessment completed by a Doctor.

If an addendum document is uploaded it can be found at the bottom of the report, under the Appendices.
