To create a new House Account, Click on the +Add Account button

Then complete all relevant data fields shown to create a new House Account. As a minimum, you must give the House Account a name and associate it with either a Booker or a Company.

Click the "Booker field" to search a Booker/Company from your CRM database

Alternatively to create a new booker, click on the + button

Then input the required information for the new booker.

Tick the "Allow charges to be made from EPOS system" field.  if you wish for changes to be made from your connected EPOS

Select the "Invoice Email Template" to select templates if you use different invoice template other than the default one.

After inputting the required information. Click “Save” before leaving the page.

**Editing House Account .** To locate an existing House Account, you can use the search box or filter by event date. To search historic or cancelled accounts, select the respective option from underneath the search bar.

Click "Toggle Dropdown" next to the house account no you wish  to edit.

Click "Add Transaction" on the House Account

Click the drop down to select transaction type / payment method / Description and details of the transaction you wish to add.

To print, export, or email an invoice, click the dropdown menu located next to the "Print Invoice" button and select the desired option.

Tick the options to either "Show Payment Terms on Invoice or Pro-forma invoice?" field.
