Navigate to <https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com> and log in.

Program Profiles and Group Coaching Engagement Profiles enable collaboration between administrators and coaches on program-specific details. Company administrators can create and edit these profiles, while coaches can view but not modify them. These profiles remain invisible to coachees.

Navigate to the “**Programs**” section on the left-hand navigation panel.

*Note: For group coaching Engagement Profiles, you can view the engagements through the [Engagements Table](https://soundingboardinc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/25797703437083-Engagements-Table).*

**View Program**

To view the program -

- Click **Program Name** *OR*
- Click the **action menu** (**⋮** icon)
- Click "**View Program**"

To ensure notifications are sent to coaches when updates are made, prior to making any changes - 

- Click the **Notify Coach** checkbox

You can easily update any of the text fields directly. To add a news update for the coaches -

- Click "**Add Update**"
- Enter the update
- Click "**Add**"

**Save Program Profile**

Once you have completed, you will need to save the changes, which will trigger notifications to the coaches. 

- Click "**SAVE CHANGES**"

*Note: The Recent News or Updates section is auto-saved, while the other sections require pressing the "Save" button. Notification about changes to the Recent News or Updates section will be sent in a separate email if and when other page changes are also saved.*
