A program is a collection of engagements; it could be a collection of individual, group, or on-demand coaching engagements or mentoring engagements focusing on a single group of people or theme(s).

Programs are part of the administration of the Sounding Board Platform. They are used to identify the various use cases of how leadership development is offered or utilized throughout an organization and define the parameters of the engagements as part of the program.

You will find all of your programs on one table to easily view and edit.

Navigate to the “**Programs**” on the left-hand navigation panel.

On the Programs table, note the following -

- **Program Type Tabs**

  *Note: You will only see what is available to you; if you only have one program type, you will not see the tabs and will always see the lone type of program you have access to.*

  - 1:1 Coaching
  - Group Coaching
  - On-Demand Coaching
  - Mentoring

- **Filters**

  - Search programs (text)

    *Note: The default is set to "All Statuses"*

- **Columns/Fields**

  *Note: Not all program type tabs show all the same options here, as they are not globally applicable.*

It is important to note that depending on your roles, you may not have access to all of the information or actions outlined in this article. 

**Edit Program**

Your programs can be edited at any time, regardless of their status. Any changes made will apply to new Engagements or survey triggers for future sessions. Locate the program you would like to edit, and scroll to the right until you get to the Actions column.

When viewing a 1:1 coaching program, you will be presented with an overview of the program.

You will be immediately presented with the **Coachee Engagements** tab, which shows the active coaching engagements. You have the ability to filter engagements, as well as drill into details like the coachee's or coach's profile and coachee surveys.
