To add a project, you must have the 'Project Builder' user permission as well as access to the account you wish to add a project to.

Create your participant homepage first and then select from your available activities.

Start typing the Account name to select the Account under which the Project should sit.

Name the participant homepage. This will be shown to participants.

If needed, you can add more than 1 Phase to your Project by clicking on the plus symbol.

You can also rename the Phases.

Once you reach the Content step, you can add hotspots to the Participant Journey.

The option for this will be covered in more detail in separate guides.

If needed, you can add more than 1 page to your Project. This allows you to have more than 12 hotspots in a project.

Click on "Manage Pages"

Click on the plus to add more pages. You can name them differently or same as the first page.

You can switch to the different homepage via the dropdown.

Here you can add the background image for your project. You can add a different one for mobile devices.

By default, the Project will use the branding colours set in your Client's settings. You can also choose the branding set at Account-level. 

Click "Set Project branding" to set different colours for this project.

You can type in the hex codes. Or click on the coloured square to open a colour picker.

You can rename the tabs on the candidate homepage. You can also hide some of them if desired.

You can edit the Participant Agreement here. You can include any data protection or privacy notices here. The participant needs to accept these terms before they can begin.

Your team might have set an agreement at Client-level, which would then show here.

Your standard participant agreement is shown. If you need to amend it specifically for this project, you can do so here.

The assessment process utilises an online assessment tool provided by Sova Assessment Limited (Sova). Sova acts as data processor in relation to the online assessment process. Further information about Sova, its processing of your information and its approach to privacy can be accessed here.

Your responses across these assessments will be kept on Sova’s secure online server and used as part of the employer’s assessment process.

Personal information will be kept for as long as is necessary to enable the proper completion and evaluation of the assessment process, as determined by the employer and in accordance with industry best practice.

Following the completion of the assessment process, Sova may store and analyse responses to enhance its models and methodology but will only do so in fully anonymised form.

One of the features of the Sova system is the option to use automated decision making for the purposes of assessing which individuals are best matched with role requirements, and from this deciding whom may be moved to the next stage of a selection process. The automated process consists of one or more online assessments which have been validated and reviewed to ensure fairness.
