Enter Account Holder First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number. And Check US Citizen checkbox.

Enter Business EIN, Legal Business Name, Business Type, DBA, Website and date Business Started.

Enter Contact Person, Title, and Phone Numbers

Enter Account Holder's Personal Address

Enter each owner with 25% or more ownership's personal information.

Example of 2nd owner - Repeat for each owner.  If there is only one legal owner then indicate that by entering only Co-Owner 1 and equity percentage would be 100%

Click "OK" to attest that all owner's have been correctly identified.

Enter your bank information for your Sweeps (transfer of funds from Propay to your bank account) and then click Continue.

Enter your estimated monthly CREDIT CARD processing.  The amounts shown below are safe starting amounts.  You are not held to these amounts.  It's just an estimate.  Using higher estimates could result in a limits increase review.   Then click Continue.
