Within the **Property Sales AI Administration Panel** object, click **Add Schedule**

**Dropdown 1**: Select the **day of the week future matching should occur**.\

**Dropdown 2**: Set the timeframe for how far back the matching logic should apply when marking Leads as *Unqualified* and Opportunities as *Closed/Lost*. Most users select **180 days**.\
\
*Reminder: The **initial Property Sales import defaults to the last 30 days sales**. Future Property Sales imports occur every 7 days. Address matching is a separate process that occurs every 7 days on the day of the week selected in dropdown 2.*\
\
**Dropdown 3**: Use the 3rd dropdown to determine if Lead and Opportunity statuses should be updated automatically. Select **Yes** for automated matching. Select **No** to allow for a **single point of manual intervention**.\
\
The ability to manually **Confirm** or **Reject** matches within the **Property Sales AI History** object is only available by selecting **No** in this dropdown. Automated matching cannot be retroactively undone.
