Let's get your QDS account set up properly.  Click the top right dropdown where you see your name.

We recommend:

\-Rating scale of 1-5, Failing score of 3

For Google Place ID, go to this url:  <https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/place-id>

If you have already set up your Google Place ID, you can scroll down and enter your company name.  It will have your location, etc., so that you know you have the right company.

Paste your Google Place ID (string of letters & numbers) into the Google Place ID field in QDS

For Facebook, go to your company's Facebook page and copy only the section AFTER facebook.com/ and search bar"

Do you want your first survey to sent via email or SMS.? For example, if you choose email, when QDS receives the job information, QDS will automatically send an email survey.  Vice versa if you choose SMS.

Only thing you should need to do on this tab, is upload your logo.  If the logo looks too large, resize, or ask for help from QDS Support (green tab on the right hand side).

If you are using SMS to send surveys, we recommend you leave the number field blank and send out of our QDS number.

You only need to take action on the integrations tab if you use: Service Autopilot, Launch27, NiceJob.  The Quality Driven API tab is only used if you are a developer setting up a custom integration with another application.

Quality Driven Account Setup
