To view sessions, let's first add a view. Click "Add"

Click this icon to change count to count distinct as we only want to count distinct sessions.

Click the "as" field to give the session column a name. Type "Sessions"

We can now visualize our sessions over time in a line graph. 

To change our visualization to a table, we can select the dropdown in the top right hand corner.

Select any option from the dropdown. Here we'll select "Table"

Now our visualization has changed to a table.
