      Open your powerpoint
In our example we have images that are not aligned
Click on all of the images one by one whilst holding the [[CTRL]] key down
Your selection will look something like this
      Click "Arrange"
      Click "Align Top"
This will put all the images to the same aligned height in line with the top of each image
      Click "Arrange"
      Click "Align"
      Click "Distribute Horizontally"
This will set equal spacing between the images
Drag the selection down to where you want it to be placed
Make any minor adjustments to the position of the image. Guide lines will appear on screen in red and black showing distance from other objects.
This maybe required as the objects, whilst lined up and equidistant, may not be lined up exactly where you need them.
