Quickly Align Objects in PowerPoint
Quickly align images and objects into rows and evenly distribute to make PowerPoint presentations neater.

Open your powerpoint

In our example we have images that are not aligned

Click on all of the images one by one whilst holding the [[CTRL]] key down

Click "Arrange"

Click "Align Top"

This will put all the images to the same aligned height in line with the top of each image

Click "Arrange"

Click "Distribute Horizontally"

This will set equal spacing between the images

Drag the selection down to where you want it to be placed

Make any minor adjustments to the position of the image. Guide lines will appear on screen in red and black showing distance from other objects.

This maybe required as the objects, whilst lined up and equidistant, may not be lined up exactly where you need them.
