      Correctly Formatted Data

Select the correctly formatted table by dragging from the top left-hand cell to the bottom right. In this example B2 all the way across to D6.

      Using Format Painter

Once selected, double click "Format Painter".
The selected table will now have a dashed outline, and the cursor will have changed to a paint brush icon.
When format painter is selected a paint brush displays as the cursor, like below.
Use your cursor to select the other tables you want to format. When you do this using the format painter, the formatting, font, layout, fill colors etc. are duplicated to your new selection.

      Finished Formatting

Press on "Format Painter" once you have finished to turn it off.
Tip! This works in other Microsoft office applications as well e.g. Word and PowerPoint however, it only copies the text formatting and not the fill effects.
