Press [[ctrl]] + [[a]] to select all.
Tip! You can also press the small triangle in the top left corner of the sheet to select all.

      Selecting Auto-Fit Column Width

Press and hold down the [[Alt]] key, then type [[H]][[O]][[I]] Alternatively on the 'Home' tab press 'Format' and 'Auto-Fit Column Width'.
The example document should change to match the below. This is because the HOI command chooses 'autofit the column width'.
You will notice that because Excel has done this automatically, it hasn't quite got it right! So repeat the steps. Press and hold down the [[Alt]] key, while this key is pressed type [[H]][[O]][[I]]
That looks much better! ๐Ÿ˜ŠThe columns are sorted, but the rows still look a little squashed.

      Selecting Auto-Fit Row Height

Press and hold down the [[Alt]] key and type [[H]][[O]][[A]] Alternatively on the 'Home' tab press 'Format' and 'Auto-Fit Row Height'.
โœ… You have successfully re-formatted the spreadsheet quickly so all data is organised and displayed neatly! ๐Ÿ‘
