Navigate to [https://toolkit.fena.co/private/payments/fena](https://toolkit.staging.fena.co/private/payments/fena)

Scan a QR code with the device that has access to mobile banking app you want to use for a refund (The refund should be processed with the account you received this payment to). 

Once you completed the transaction and received a success payment page, click "Transactions".

You should see your refunded transaction marked as refunded. 

You can select that refunded transaction to see the details.
