Alert! These steps can only be used for credit/debit card donations. eCheck/ACH donations have another process (instructions to be located in the Merchant Services knowledge base). 

Navigate to [https://gms2.idonate.com/dashboard](https://gms2.idonate.com/dashboard)

Find the donation to be refunded from the donations report. Verify that it was a credit payment method used. 

Once the screen refreshes, click "Send Refund".

The transaction will now show refunded or voided. 

The donor will receive a refund/donation cancellation email.
