Release Deposits

This article guides you through releasing deposits in Loft47 when a deal falls through, a deposit needs to be refunded, excess funds need to be released, or funds need to be transferred to another deal.

Click "Release Deposit"

Click this text field.

Click this checkbox.

Click "Excess"

Click "Amount$Ignore WarningsIn TrustReasonExcess×Bank AccountTRUST ACCOUNT×Refund ToSearch ProfileReferenceTransaction Date"

Click "TRUST ACCOUNT"

[[Search and select the contact receiving the funds.]] [[If you see duplicate names, you may have duplicate contacts in your People page.]]

Click the "Reference" field.

Click the "Date" field.

Click "Save"
