On the cover page, you will notice a status box...

MAKE SURE that the status box shows green, and "No Reload in Progress. You can Reload Data". Please DO NOT process a refresh while there is already one pending to reduce the strain on the application. It will NOT make it run faster.

Tip! Always double check the underlying pages after a refresh to make sure that your comments came across. If you just waiting for a refresh to finish that may have been in progress when you logged in....check to see if it also pulled in your comments. All refresh cycles regardless of which user will pull in all users data at the same time. You may not even have to manually trigger a refresh...it could have been done for you!

You can note the last refresh completion time at the bottom right of the cover sheet, it may have pulled in your details with the last refresh depending on how long ago you committed your comments in the End of Month Critique Application

Alert! Clicking "Reload All Comments" from the COVER PAGE ONLY will refresh all other sheets (entire application). Please allow for approximately 10 minutes per refresh request.

Using "Financial Recap" for our example....

Tip! Note the "Reload Progress" status on each page to ensure that you don't trigger an unnecessary refresh cycle. RED = Reload in Progress, this means wait until it's complete to see if your comments were picked up in the refresh cycle.

Clicking "Reload" on ANY of the underlying sheets EXCEPT the Cover Page will refresh JUST that specific sheet. This is useful when you find errors or omissions in only ONE of the pages of your report. Refresh cycles for the sheets are much quicker and typically complete within 2 minutes.
