Once a Remedial Action has been completed, it should be marked as completed. To do so, open the Edit window for the action.

... this section of extra information will be displayed for you to fill out the completion details. This is optional, and allows you to document who completed the task and also upload any required evidence as an image file or PDF document.

Once you have filled out this section, click the 'Update' button to change the action status to completed.

Once saved, you'll have the option to schedule the next Remedial Action. By clicking 'Yes,' you'll be taken to the 'Add Remedial Action' form. If you choose not to add your next action, click 'No,' and you'll be taken to your dashboard.

Once a Remedial Action has been completed, it will be displayed under the 'Completed Remedial Actions' section. By clicking on the action, you'll access the saved completion details.

You can edit the action details by clicking on the gray calendar icon.

You'll be able to download the evidence document that was uploaded by clicking this icon.
