Remove Sync Conflicts with Outlook (Classic)

Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook (Classic)

Click **More Apps** symbol in sidebar

Select **Folders** icon

Select **Conflicts** folder

Right-click **Conflicts** folder and select **Delete All** from menu

Click **Yes** to confirm

Click **File** tab

Click **Tools** in Account Information

Select **Mailbox Cleanup...**

Click **Delete** next to alternate item versions

Click **Yes** to confirm folder deletion

Navigate back to inbox

Make sure the Mail symbol in sidebar is selected

Right click **Deleted Items** and select **Empty Folder**

Click 'Yes' to confirm permanent deletion of items in the folder.
