Tip! Your username for your Express Provider Portal account will be the email address you registered with plus ".commcorp". For example, if you registered with test@gmail.com, your username would be **test@gmail.com.commcorp**

Locate the course you wish to renew  in the Expired Courses section on your homepage

Tip! If you have more than 5 expired courses, you may need to click on "View All" to see the rest of your expired courses. In the "View All" page, you will see all your courses. To filter the list view to see just expired course, click the carrot next to "All Express Courses" and select "Expired courses"

Click on the course record number associated with the course. In this example, our course record number is C-4648.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Update or Renew"

Review course details and make edits if needed

Tip! If you don't have any changes/edits to make to your course, you can save review time by checking off the box "Renew course without any changes", and once you click "save & submit later", the course will automatically renew for another year without having to go through the review process again.

Once edits have been made (or you have checked off the "Renew Course without an changes" button, as shown above), click "Save and Submit later"

**\*IMPORTANT\***

Your course will now be in ***Draft mode***. To submit your course for review, click "Submit For Approval" (*If you used the "Renew without any changes" button, your course will automatically be approved, no need to click "submit for approval"!*)

Review the pop-up message, then click "OK"

You will now see the course you just submitted for review under the "Under Review Courses" Category. If your course is still in the "draft" stage, return back to the course and click "submit for approval"
