Navigate to [https://ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders/line-items](https://stg.ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders/line-items)

Now you have a view of all your line items that are ending this month. Navigate to the line item you'd like to renew.

Click to into the Messages field and ill out any additional information about the renewal, such as new flight dates, allocations, creatives, etc. Click "Send Message" when you have all your information ready.
