You can also use the shortcut on your home page by clicking the **"Incident Reports"** button. It's a quick and easy way to access the section directly.

Click "Create a new Incident Report" to start a new report

It’s important to complete all fields in an incident report clearly and thoroughly to ensure accurate records, support any necessary investigations, and help prevent similar incidents in the future. 

Clear details provide a complete picture and improve the effectiveness of follow-up actions

Click "Save" to Save the Incident Report to the portal

A pop-up message will appear if any required information is missing in a specific section of your incident report. 

Please return to that section, complete the missing details, and then try saving again.

You will receive a notification confirming that the report has been successfully saved

Click **"Save & Send"** to save the report and automatically email it to the designated recipients.
