Select who was present during the Safety Observation. You can select from users in your account, and add additional people in the textbox.

Record the safety report by using any of the four options on the screen. Tip! You need to use at least one of these before progressing. Tap "Next".

You now have a full summary of your report, if you need to make any changes you can do here. Once checked, tap "Next". 

Your report has now been submitted to the Safe365 System. To close off, tap "Close".
