Select the expense that you need to report.

Make sure you choose one that has a credit card icon or one that requires personal reimbursement. Any other transaction is not ready for submission.

Ensure you have a receipt uploaded (most church policies require receipts for ALL expenses).  If you are unsure, ask your church admin.

Ensure all information has been filled out completely, ***paying close attention to selecting the correct category.***

**Please note:** Due to IRS guidelines, if your purchase was for meals or entertainment, you must include the names of those covered by the purchase and the ministry purpose of the outing (e.g., “Coffee with John for discipleship”).

Double-check that you have also selected the correct vendor. The more details you provide, the better.

On the report field, either choose an unsubmitted report in the drop down or create a new report.  

Please note: there is no limit to the number of expenses that can go on a single report and we do not need a new report for each expense.  save yourself time and add all expenses you are getting ready to submit on the same report.

Click "Save and Close".  That expense has now been placed on a report and is ready for your report to be submitted for approval.
