Navigate to Requester Satisfaction Score in the settings.

If the R-SAT setting is enabled for the Portal, the following email will be sent out to requester after the completion of their requests.

For in app ratings, you can add a column in the Reservations Listings. This way requesters can add their reviews any time they want.

Click 'configure columns' and add a new column for 'Rating'

The feedback column will appear as follows in the Portal:

Next in analysing your reservations, you can also run Reports. Simply go to the main navigation bar &gt; reports &gt; reservation reports

Here you can add filters and even specify the source of request. For instance you want to see how many requests came in from the Portal and their analytics :
