Navigate to [https://copilot.cardpointe.com/copilot/#/merchants](https://copilot.cardpointe.com/copilot/#/merchants)

Click in search bar and enter MID or organization name.  Select their MAIN MID.  

Click the "What type of ticket are you looking for?" field.

Type "Please increase max transaction to" and new amount requested. 

Alert! If the amount is over 75K BCX will usually require additional documents listed below: 
2020 and 2021 FYE audited or CPA prepared financials
Interim 2022 P&L and Balance sheets  (can be internally prepared)
3 months of banking

Work with their AM or the implementations team to obtain docs from the org.  

This process can take up to seven business days.  If this needs to be escalate please reach out to Gina and Patrick at Fiserv (cc Jared as well).  

Once increased let org or AM know the new amount and that the process is completed.
