This is a live list of all reservations that are currently checked in.

The table displays details such as balance, price, arrival date, room number and guest name/s.

You can access transactions and edit the reservations from here by selecting the drop-down arrow next to the reservation or item number and select from the drop down menu what you would like to action.

By clicking on the heart next to the guest name, this will show if they have any preferences or notes stored in the system.

To edit or add these go to CRM &gt; Individuals, search for the individual and click on their name to edit.

Click to export the in-house report. This report is valuable for fire regulations, as it provides the total number of in-house guests and can be exported as a PDF.
