Reset User Password Options

If you are a Property Manager this will show you how to quickly update a user password through the NetVendor property dashboard. This guide walks you through the steps to reset a password or trigger a password reset via text message.

Servusconnect

Navigate to [https://app.servusconnect.com/app](https://app.servusconnect.com/app)

Click "Properties"

Select the desired property from the list.

Once the desired property is selected it will take you directly to the users tab, find the user that you wish to update.

To change their password, click vertical ellipsis icon for the user.

Click "Change User Password"

Click the "Enter new password" field.

Click "Confirm"

To send an SMS message to the user so that they can change their password, click vertical ellipsis icon for the user. NOTE: To send SMS message to a user their phone number must be tied to their account.

Click "Send Reset Password Text"

Click "Confirm"
