Client and supplier admin users can reset passwords for other users in their company. (Supplier admins for their own company users, and client admins for their company). Employees should use the Forgot Password link to reset their own passwords.\

Click "More"

Click "Users" (For Client Admins Click "More &gt; Settings &gt; Users"

Click "Actions". Make sure the Account Status is 'Active' before attempting to reset password.

The user will get an email with a button to create a new password. The users should Click "New Password"

The user will be directed to a page where they can create a new password.\
Click "Save and Log In"

The user will get an email address with their new password.
