There are two ways to get to the link: #1 -> Perks Tab #2 -> pinned link at the top of the building chat

Residents can click on "Share Link" or "Refer Now" to share the current resident referral to friends, family, or co-workers. "Share Link" will prompt the resident to share via text or email.

"Refer Now" will take the resident to a unique form to fill out. Once the form has been filled and submitted, both the resident and the person they referred will receive an email with a confirmation of this referral.

Residents have the ability to customize the "Refer Now" referral page. This can be done under "Your Results" -> "Personalize Your Referral Page"

They can include a profile picture or image and even a "Welcome Message".

They can preview their personalized landing page once they have completed their edits.

Residents can track the status of their referrals under "Your Results" -> "Track Your Referrals"

They can see the number of "views" made on their unique links, leads, and leases.

If a resident has any 'how to' questions or issues with their unique links, please direct them to the "Contact Us" button in the app.
