Resource Tab in Admin Panel

The Resource Tab is where Team Members can upload documents to be viewed by the public on the Resident Portal. These documents provide the community with. more information and are generally things such as FAQ documents, Q&A's, Project Plans, Renderings, etc..

Navigate to [https://civify.io/portal/public/admin/dashboard](https://constructionsitetech.com/portal/public/admin/dashboard)

Click "Resources"

Click "Add Resource"

Select the project to associate the document with

Click "Choose File" to open a file browser. Find the location of the file and click upload.

We strongly recommend using PDF format as it is the most universal file type for viewing purposes. If the file is large, your residents may have a hard time handling it. We recommend flattening the PDF to the smallest file size.

Give the file a name. The name must be unique and cannot match other files on the platform.

We recommend inserting the project name with the file name. For example "Downtown Street Repairs - Q&A Guide". This is a great place to upload documents such as Q&A Guides, FAQs, Project Plans, Renderings, etc. that will be public facing on the resident portal for the community to view.

Choose if you want the status to be Active or Inactive. Inactive keeps the file from showing on the resident portal.

Click "Submit" to save

Renaming a Document

Click here.

Enter the new file name and then choose submit to save or cancel to exit

Downloading Documents

Download the document by clicking the download icon

Filtering Documents

Choose which project to filter projects by

Deleting Documents

Click the action menu button

Click "Delete"

Resource documents are included in the project export
